First you will need to open your Outlook Express.<br>

This can be accomplished by clicking on the "Start" button, then going to "Programs" and clicking on "Outlook Express".<br>

Next you will click on "Tools" in the menue bar and click on "Accounts".<br>

Click on the "Mail" tab.<br>

Click on the "Add Button" and then click "Mail".<br>

Enter your Display name.  This is a friendly name displayed in mail clients as the person it is from.  It is usualy something like "John Doe", Mr. Doe" or "John".<br>

Click the "Next" Button.<br>
<br>
Enter your email address.<br>

Click the "Next" Button.<br>

The pull down menue at the top should be left at "POP3".<br>

Enter "pop.nxs.net" in the box below "Incomming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server.".<br>

Enter "smtp.nxs.net" in the box below "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.".<br>
<br>
Click the "Next" Button.<br>

Enter your Account Name in the field next to "Account Name".<br>

If your email address is in the form username@nxs.net then your account name is your username.  If your email address is part of a domain other then nxs.net such as username@yourdomain.com then your Account Name is your full email address.<br>

Click the "Next" Button.<br>

Your new mailbox is now setup.
