First you will need to open your Outlook Express.

This can be accomplished by clicking on the "Start" button, then going to "Programs" and clicking on "Outlook Express".



Next you will click on "Tools" in the menue bar and click on "Options".



Click on the "Security" tab.

If there is a check in the box next to "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could be potentialy a virus" then click in the box to uncheck it.



click the "OK" button.

This will likely take care of your problem.
